GroBro does not sell customer information.
GroBro does not provide customer cultivation information to unrelated companies for their own advertising, marketing, or independent commercial purposes.

GroBro uses a limited number of technology providers to operate the Service.
These providers may process information only as necessary to deliver their services to GroBro or as otherwise permitted under their applicable agreements.

Glide describes itself as a data processor for personal information submitted by users through applications built using Glide. Glide may also use infrastructure providers and subprocessors that have access or potential access to customer data as necessary to provide its services.
These providers do not receive customer information from GroBro for their own advertising or independent marketing purposes.
When an account belongs to a cultivation facility or business, its authorized owners, managers, and administrators may be able to access information associated with that facility, including:

Facility and cultivation data associated with a cancelled subscription will be deleted from GroBro’s active systems within 30 days after cancellation, unless:

Customers are responsible for preserving any records they need before cancelling their subscription. GroBro does not guarantee that facility data can be recovered after it has been deleted.
